Start Here

1. Click Login to CMMS below.
2. When Windows Security opens, do not pick your CAC card.
3. Click More choices.
4. Choose Username and Password.
5. Enter c17ats\username. Replace username with your actual C-17 username.

Account Access & Lockouts

• If you have not logged into a C-17 PC or had your password reset by C-17 personnel in the last 30 days, your account is likely locked.
• If your account is locked or your password is expired, use Self Service Password Reset below.
• If the reset tool does not work, contact support@c17ts.com.

Self Service Password Reset Steps

1. Click Self Service Password Reset.
2. Enter your C-17 username and the email address already saved on your account.
3. Check your email for the reset link.
4. Click the reset link and confirm the reset.
5. The temporary password will be shown one time on the screen. Copy it before leaving the page.
6. Use the temporary password to sign in, then change your password if prompted.

Password Requirements

• Minimum of 14 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character
• You have 24 hours to change your password before it expires.
