C-17 Training Management System
🔐 Account Access & Lockouts
- If you have not logged into a C-17 PC or had your password reset by C-17 personnel in the last 30 days, your account is likely locked.
- Please contact support@c17ts.com if you need assistance.
🖥️ Login Instructions
- When logging in, enter c17ats\username (replace “username” with your actual username).
- If the Windows Security prompt displays your CAC card, select More choices, then choose Username and Password.
🔑 Password Requirements
- You may change your password from the homepage by clicking Change Password.
- After logging in, click the TMS tab and select Change My Password under the Person section.
- You have 24 hours to change your password before it expires.
- Password requirements:
- Minimum of 14 characters
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
