Account Access & Lockouts
- Web TMS utilizes the same login credentials as C-17 Learning Center PCs.
- If you have not logged into a C-17 PC in the last 30 days or have a 14 character or more password, you will need a password reset. After 2 failed login attempts your account will be locked out for 10 minutes.
- If you have forgotten your username you can click the Self-Service Password Reset button and use the Username Lookup.
Login Instructions
- Enter your username and password in the login form below.
- You may enter just your username. Do not include c17ats\ .
Password Resets & Requirements
- You may change your password from the Web TMS homepage or after logging in. If you need a password reset you can use the Self-Service Password Reset tool.
- Self-Service Password Reset - Click Self-Service Password Reset. You must verify your account using your username and last 4 of your SSN. Click Verify Identity. Once successful you can click the Reset Password button. You will see a temporary password below the Back button. Click Back once finished. If your account cannot be verified please contact support@c17ts.com with the following information:
- Last four digits of your SSN
- Your USAF email address
- Your base of operation
- Change Password Method 1 Web TMS Homepage - Click Change Password and enter the correct information. If successful you will receive a Password Change Success. If it fails you will receive an error message. Click Back.
- Change Password Method 2 After Login - Click the TMS tab to Change My Password and enter the correct information. If successful you will receive a Password Change Success. If it fails you will receive an error message. Click Cancel once finished.
- You have 24 hours to change your password before it expires.
- Password must include:
- Minimum 14 characters
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
Troubleshooting Tips
- Make sure you enter https://www.c17ts.com when accessing the site. If not, you may experience a 403 error. Once you have received an error, close the browser and start over.
- If you experience any kind of error trying to login to the site, close the browser and start over.
- Maximize your browser window.
- If items are hidden, press Ctrl + - to zoom out.
- Zoom back in with Ctrl + +.
