How to Log In (PLEASE READ ENTIRE PAGE)

Use the same username and password you would use to login at your local Learning Center. If you have not logged into a C17 computer located at your local Learning Center in the last 30 days please contact support. If a login box pops up in your browser, follow these steps:

Step 1: In the Username box, type:

c17ats\yourusername

Example:

c17ats\jdoe

  • Always type c17ats\ BEFORE your username.
  • Then enter your normal password.
  • Make sure Caps Lock is OFF.
  • Make sure you are using your current password (not an old one).

Change Password

  • Click the Change Password button:
  • Enter your username in the 'Username (sAMAccountName)' field:
  • Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' field and enter your new password in the 'New Password' field:
    The password must be at least 14 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

If It Still Doesn’t Work

  • The login box keeps popping up:
    Re-type your username as c17ats\username and try again.
  • 401 / Access Denied:
    Ensure you are going to www.c17ts.com and not www.c17ts.com/tms-login. You may not have permission for that system. Contact the Help Desk using the links below.
  • Password expired or account locked:
    Use the password tools if available, or contact the Help Desk using the links below.
