Web Training Management System (WTMS)

Version 1.9

1.  Product Description

    This Release Note describes the features, enhancements, and corrections to Version 1.9 of the Web Training Management System (WTMS).

2.  New Features

    The following enhancements were made to the WTMS with this release:

        Gradesheet:

• Added the ability for multiple persons to be waivered at the same time.

        Checklist:

• Added the ability to reassign a checklist that someone has already had assigned to a student.

3.  Fixes

    The following corrections were made in this release of the WTMS:

      Gradesheet:

• Caused qualifications to not be updated on completion of a course

• Could cause an unexpected TMS Error when grading someone with worksheet items

• Caused an unexpected TMS Error when viewing the details of a waivered course.

• Someone could select ‘view comments’ when looking at a waivered course.

      Reports:

• Student Course Status Report could cause an unexpected TMS Error

• Objectives on the Objective Performance Report would not show up in the list.

• The listbar on the PFT Input report not to be visible.

• Instructor Schedule Report that adds an extra day to the beginning of the schedule.

• The start and completion date options were switched  in the PFT Input report.

• The course list on Course Completion Report would not show up.

• Student Course Status Report that could cause an unexpected TMS Error.

        Checklist:

• Checklists module could cause an unexpected TMS Error.

       Training Review:

• Could cause an unexpected TMS Error when someone with Sortie Writeup rights attempt to view the training for another student.

• Causes the saved training reviews list to disappear.

• Could cause the Training Review to get an unexpected TMS Error.

        Portal:

• Certain groups could get the wrong permissions.

• Could cause an unexpected TMS Error in CDRLs.

• Could cause a dropdown list in CDRLs to not be populated.

• Could cause a person to maintain outdated permissions even after being changed

      Messages:

• Causes some of the data in the subject line to be lost in Email Notifications.
